Free Store Pick Up
Here's how it works:
Step 1. Shop online, add the product(s) to your cart and choose Free Store Pick Up. Some products are not available for Free Store Pick Up.
Step 2. We'll send you a confirmation email when your order is ready. Items are available for pick up in as little as 1 hour of reservation, depending on the location. Orders placed at the end of day will be fulfilled the next business day.

|If the product(s) you are purchasing is in stock at your selected location, an Associate will confirm your order by email once it is ready.||If the product(s) you are purchasing is not in stock at your selected location, we will ship it there for you to pick up. We’ll email you when it arrives.|
Step 3. Pick up your order. Confirm your store's hours before you proceed to the store.
Free Store Pick Up^: When you arrive at the store show us your order confirmation and valid government-issued photo ID*. Please bring your reusable bag to the store with you when you pick up your purchase.

Is this available at all locations?
No, some locations are excluded from the program; your closest available store will show in the cart when you select this for check-out.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
We will hold your order for 5 days after we call or email you to confirm that it’s ready for pick up.
Do all products qualify for Free Store Pick-Up?
No, there are limitations on availability. Free store Pick-up may be unavailable for product such as:
• Door crashers, limited time offers etc.
• Limited quantity items
• Online-only items
• TVs 49” and larger are available online only and will not be available in-store for the time being
• Gift Cards

Can I cancel my order?
There is a limited-time cancellation period available, depending on your chosen delivery method. Click here for details.
Can I purchase my product using financing?
Financing is currently only available on Ship-to-Home and Ship-to-Store orders.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Only the person whose name is on the order is permitted to pick it up in-store at this time. Customers will require valid government-issued photo ID and need to show a copy of their confirmation email to receive their order.
What payment methods are available at The Source?
Products ordered online must be paid online at time of purchase. We accept Canadian issued MasterCard, American Express, VISA credit cards, VISA Debit, Paypal, and The Source Gift Cards as methods of payment.
Will my credit card be charged as soon as my order is placed, or when it is shipped?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order goes to the shipping process although you may see a pre-authorization hold on your statement. Gift Cards are charged at time of purchase.
