Shipping estimates
Due to an increased volume of shipments by our 3rd party delivery partners, you may experience a delay with order delivery and availability of tracking details. The accuracy of shipping estimate are affected by carrier service delays. Estimates are based on business days after the order is processed. Larger shipments may experience an incremental delay by a few business days.

Tracking updates
If you received a shipping email from The Source and tracking information is not available within 24hrs, please allow a few extra business days before re-checking tracking. Our shipping partners provide tracking updates and, when tracking is not populated, The Source’s Customer Care team is unable to provide more details.

How to request an investigation
If your estimated delivery time has passed by more than 10 business days, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-866-515-5855. We will request a shipping investigation on your behalf.

FAQ

You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page. It is recommended you wait at least 24 hours from the time your order was placed before you start the tracking process or your tracking number may appear to be invalid. If you are having issues tracking your order, or you have not received your order in the estimated time frame, please contact our Customer Care Associates at 1-866-515-5855.

In-stock items will ship from our warehouse once you have received your order confirmation. We may split your order into multiple shipments depending on the availability of the products at the time of processing. In these instances you will only be charged once for shipping.

    We deliver to most urban areas of Canada within 2-6 business days for free on orders over $50 before tax.

    Standard Shipping (on orders under $50) - $6.99
    We deliver to most urban areas of Canada within 2-6 business days for orders under $50 before tax.

    Oversized Shipping - $49.99
    Products that are larger require specialized couriers in large shipments and require 3-6 business days for delivery.

    Northern Shipping - $34.99
    Orders that are being shipped to the Northern Territories require 14 business days. Additionally, orders over 5kg will be subject to the full Canada Post shipping charge; you will be contacted to confirm shipping costs prior to shipment.

    You can ship to a different address, too
    If you want to send your order as a gift or to an alternate location, edit your delivery address during checkout. Just make sure someone will be there to receive the order and sign for it during normal business hours.

    Free Ship to Store Details
    Orders shipped to store will be available for pick-up between 3-5 business days of receiving an order. Once ready for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. You can also track your order by visiting our online order tracker.

      To pick-up the order at the store you will need to present the following:
    • • A printed copy of the original confirmation e-mail detailing your purchase.
    • • A valid Photo ID of the selected person for pick up

    Orders will be held for pick up for 14 days.

    Here's how it works:

    Step 1. Add the product to your cart and select Reserve In-store in the checkout.

    Step 2. We do the shopping for you.

    Step 3. We’ll contact by email or phone you when your product is ready.

    Step 4. When you arrive at the store show us a copy of your confirmation. We’ll have your product ready; you pay–we recommend low contact payment methods and can go on your way. We will hold your order for 48 hours after confirming availability before we return it to the shelf.

Shipping Disclaimer

Estimated delivery times and costs are based on provincial estimations; deliveries in urban locations can expect delivery within the earliest estimated number of days. Newfoundland and Northern Territories (Northwest, Yukon and Nunavut Territories) are exempt from estimated delivery times.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost or stolen packages etc.). Shipping costs are based on most urban delivery destinations. Other charges may apply. Shipping costs are subject to changes based on delivery address and shipping method. Northern Territories are subject to different shipping costs and times from other provinces due to logistic limitations.

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of inventory in our Distribution Centre. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within one business day from our Distribution Centre and are included in the shipping times. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Reserving your order in store is subject to the availability of inventory in our Stores. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed within one business day. Orders are processed during store hours. We do not process orders outside store hours or Holidays.

Pre-ordered products will be shipped within one business day of the expected ship date on the product page. Some orders may be delayed without notice due to shipping or production issues from the product manufacturer, in which case the order will be processed and shipped upon product availability. If a product is delayed beyond the expected ship date or is cancelled by the manufacturer, you will be notified by e-mail and the order will be cancelled.
