FAQ

We recommend you register your tracking number with the carrier's notification app or site. This allows you to receive updates as they happen without the need to follow up. Our Customer Care team is unable to provide more details than the carrier's tracking can.

All shipping timelines are provided as an estimate. Delivery can be affected by how quickly your order is processed in our warehouse (typically 24-48 business hours) and based on the carrier's own typical timing from processing to delivery. This can be delayed during peak periods. Use the carrier links above to see if there are any regional delays that may affect your shipment.

No, once orders are shipped The Source is unable to expedite or guarantee a delivery time as it depends on the carrier's own delivery SLAs.

Once The Source has your order ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. Our shipping partner then picks up your order and scans it to start populating tracking information. Generally, you will see a scan noting the receipt of your order, a scan when it's getting sorted at the carrier's hub, a scan once your package is out for delivery, and lastly, a scan notifying you that's it's been delivered.

Many of our shipping partners offer self-serve options on their site, or through their notification app. You may be able to make adjustments to where your order is delivered or authorize a door drop. Learn more on the carrier website applicable above.

In a situation where you did not receive an order that tracks as delivered, or if your order has been delayed over 2 weeks beyond the original estimated delivery date, you can log an investigation with the carrier using the links above. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse once you have received your order confirmation. We may split your order into multiple shipments depending on the availability of the products at the time of processing. In these instances you will only be charged once for shipping.

For estimates on how long it takes to ship to your area, refer to our Shipping Info page or call our Customer Care Associates at 1-866-515-5855. Please note that orders placed online will only ship within Canada.

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail is sent to the address you entered when you placed your order. You can track your order by logging into your account.Another e-mail will be sent to you when your order arrives in store and is ready for pick up.You can find the contact information for your local store in our online Store Locator.

    Northern Shipping - $34.99
    Orders that are being shipped to the Northern Territories require 14 business days. Additionally, orders over 5kg will be subject to the full Canada Post shipping charge; you will be contacted to confirm shipping costs prior to shipment.

    If you want to send your order as a gift or to an alternate location, edit your delivery address during checkout. Just make sure someone will be there to receive the order and sign for it during normal business hours.

    Step 2. Our in-store Associates will process your order
    We do the shopping for you.

    Step 3. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pick up
    We'll contact you by email or phone when your product is ready. Products are available for pick up within 1-4 hours of reservation depending on the location. Orders placed at end of business day will be fulfilled the next day. Some limitations/exclusions apply.

    We will hold your order for 48 hours after confirming availability before we return it to the shelf.

    Pick up In-store: When you arrive at the store show us your order confirmation and photo ID. We'll have your product ready; you pay–we recommend contactless methods of payment (e.g. credit or debit card).

Shipping Disclaimer

Estimated delivery times and costs are based on provincial estimations; deliveries in urban locations can expect delivery within the earliest estimated number of days. Newfoundland and Northern Territories (Northwest, Yukon and Nunavut Territories) are exempt from estimated delivery times.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost or stolen packages etc.). Shipping costs are based on most urban delivery destinations. Other charges may apply. Shipping costs are subject to changes based on delivery address and shipping method. Northern Territories are subject to different shipping costs and times from other provinces due to logistic limitations.

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of inventory in our Distribution Centre. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within one business day from our Distribution Centre and are included in the shipping times. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Reserving your order in store is subject to the availability of inventory in our Stores. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed within 1 hour in Ontario and 4 hours elsewhere. Orders are processed during store hours and we do not process orders outside store hours or Holidays.

Pre-ordered products will be shipped within one business day of the expected ship date on the product page. Some orders may be delayed without notice due to shipping or production issues from the product manufacturer, in which case the order will be processed and shipped upon product availability. If a product is delayed beyond the expected ship date or is cancelled by the manufacturer, you will be notified by e-mail and the order will be cancelled.
