Changed your mind? You can still cancel your order.

Here's how:
Since we strive to get your online order to you as quickly as possible, we've implemented a limited time cancellation period, depending on the chosen delivery method.

For Store Pick Up (in-store stock):
Please note that once your order has been received by your chosen store location, that your purchase will only be eligible for cancellation within the first few minutes after purchasing.

For Ship To Store or Home:
Your order can be cancelled within the first 30 minutes after making the purchase.

Missed the cancellation window? Returns are easy!
If we are unable to cancel your online order, you can return your purchase to any of our store locations for a full refund. Additionally, you also can return an online order by mail. For full details, please visit our Easy Returns page located here.

How to cancel your order within the cancellation period:

If you placed your order from your account:
If your online order is eligible to be cancelled, the option will be visible in your Order History. Once cancelled, you will receive an email verification and your Order History will reflect this status change.

For Guest orders with Store Pick Up (in-store stock):
Your online order will be marked as abandoned after 5 days. Once confirmed abandoned, a full refund will be automatically processed onto your original payment method within the next few business days. You will also receive an email confirmation at that time for your records.

For Guest orders Shipping to a Store or Home:
You can contact Customer Care at 1-866-515-5855 or chat with a live agent if you need further assistance with cancelling your online order.
