Store operations
As provincial governments eased restrictions, we have re-opened most of our stores. We are following provincial guidelines and have implemented additional precautions, such as limiting the number of people in-store, respecting physical distancing, frequently cleaning common areas, enhancing sanitation protocols and other recommended practices.

Here’s what you can expect when you shop in-store:

To support effective physical distancing, we are limiting the number of customers in the store at a time. Please wait for a store Associate to welcome you inside.

Once inside, the Associate will lead you to a designated waiting area.

The Associate will find the items you want and bring them to you—you won’t be able to browse the store.

We’re asking all our customers to adopt low-contact payment methods like debit or credit instead of cash.

Prepare ahead of your visit:
• Store hours may be reduced. Check our Store Locator.
• Research products online (specifications, colour, size, etc.) or phone Customer Care at 1-866-515-5855 for help with selecting the right product
• Inventory in-store may be limited–please check before visiting the store
• TVs 49” and larger are available online only and will NOT be sold in-store for the time being

Online orders
Customers can continue to place orders on and ship directly to their home or to an open store nearby. Many ship-to-home orders, and all ship-to-store orders, are eligible for free shipping.

With increased volume, our 3rd party shipping partners may experience delays in providing shipment tracking and delivery for ship-to-home orders. Learn more on our Shipping Info page.

We are taking precautions
We are working to ensure the health and safety of the public and our team members in accordance with all public safety guidelines. This includes enhanced sanitation measures in our distribution centre, stores and workplaces. In addition, The Source employees returning from abroad or feeling unwell are instructed to stay at home for the recommended period.
