  • Transfer coverage if you sell your product; the coverage transfers to the new owner, at no charge
  • No Lemon policy–we will replace your item with an identical product or one with equivalent features (excluding computer hardware) if we’re unable to bring your product back to manufacturer’s specifications after two repairs for the same problem in the first year of the ACP

What’s covered under the Advantage Care Plan

    After the original manufacturer's warranty expires, an Advantage Care Plan provides:

      Basic ACP
    • Repairs due to manufacturers' defects during the term of the Plan
    • Annual cleaning and preventative maintenance
    • One-time laptop battery replacement anytime in the event that the original battery no longer holds a proper charge
    • One-time restore fee anytime (not for the purpose of virus removal)
    • Replacements for defective accessories sold in the same box as the device covered by the Plan. Example: chargers, charging cables,_x0003_ earbuds, keyboards, etc.
      ACP Plus
    • Includes the Basic Plan PLUS…
    • ACP Plus coverage on a laptop or computer includes a one-time data restoration in the event of hard drive failure, viruses, software_x0003_ issues and other issues that can cause data loss, during the 3-year plan
    • In-shop service for the purpose of retrieving digital files such as photos, movies and documents from a crashed drive
    • ACP Plus coverage on a tablet includes a one-time claim in the event of Accidental Liquid or LCD damage during the 3-year plan
      Thumb Drives, SD, microSD, Compact Flash Cards, and External Hard Drives
    • One-time data recovery anytime during the 3-year term of the Plan in the event of failure of the flash media device due to viruses,_x0003_ software issues and other problems that can cause data loss
    • In-shop service for the purpose of retrieving digital files such as photos, movies and documents from a crashed drive
      ACP does not cover:
    • Repairs or provide replacements for product that is lost or stolen, or has incurred physical, cosmetic, liquid or accidental damage
    • The operating system, software, backups or virus removal

    • Repairs due to manufacturers' defects during the term of the Plan
    • Two replacement gaming remotes, in the event of a manufacturer's defect
    • One-time replacement of the headset or sensor bar, that is included in the same box as the console, in the event of a manufacturer's_x0003_ defect
      Gaming Accessories
    • Gaming Headphones - Two replacements, for the same or similar product, in the event of a manufacturer's defect
      Gaming Software
    • One-time replacement of the same game title during the term of the plan for a video game that will no longer read properly
      ACP does not cover:
    • Repairs or provide replacements for product that is lost or stolen, or has incurred physical, cosmetic, liquid or accidental damage
