We are following provincial guidelines and have implemented additional precautions, such as wearing face masks, physical distancing, frequently cleaning common areas, enhancing sanitation protocols and other recommended practices.

Here’s what you can expect when you shop in-store:
Where mandated by public health agencies or provincial governments, customers and associates will be required to wear masks or face coverings.

To support effective physical distancing, we are limiting the number of customers in the store at a time. When those limits are reached, you may need to line up and wait for a store Associate to welcome you inside.


Once inside, you may be asked to remain in a designated waiting area or limit browsing to select areas of the store.


In select stores where maintaining physical distancing may be challenging, the Associate will find the items you want and bring them to you—you won’t be able to browse the store.


We’re asking all our customers to adopt low-contact payment methods like debit or credit instead of cash.


Masks or face coverings must be worn by any person entering the indoor area of stores.

Customers can continue to place orders on thesource.ca and ship directly to their home or to an open store nearby. Many ship-to-home orders, and all ship-to-store orders, are eligible for free shipping.
