    Here's how it works:

    Step 1. Add the product to your cart and select Reserve In-store in the checkout.

    Step 2. We do the shopping for you.

    Step 3. We’ll contact you by email or phone when your product is ready. Products are available for pick up within 4 hours of reservation. Orders placed at end of business day will be fulfilled the next day. Some limitations/exclusions apply.

    Step 4. When you arrive at the store show us a copy of your confirmation. We’ll have your product ready; you pay–we recommend low contact payment methods and can go on your way. We will hold your order for 48 hours after confirming availability before we return it to the shelf.

Is this available at all locations?

No, some locations are excluded from the program; your closest available store will show in the cart when you select this for check-out.

  • How long do I have to pick up my order?

    We will hold your order for 48 hours after we call or email you to confirm that it’s ready for pick up.

  • Do all products qualify for reserve in-store?

    No, there are limitations on availability. Reserve in-store may be unavailable for product such as:

    • Door crashers, limited time offers etc.
    • Limited quantity items
    • Online-only items
    • Services
    • TVs 49” and larger are available online only and will not be available in-store for the time being
    • Gift Cards
    • Pre-Orders

  • How do I cancel my reservation?

    If you changed your mind, you don't need to do anything to cancel your order. If you receive a confirmation phone call, you can let our Store Associate know at that time. Otherwise, your reservation will automatically be cancelled after 24 hours.

  • Can I make returns?

  • I have a coupon; can I apply it to this order?

    Yes–bring the applicable coupon with you to the store and present it to an Associate before you pay for your order. They will be happy to apply any applicable coupons to your purchase at this time.

  • Can I use my EPP or PSP discount?

    Yes; please bring your valid Employee or Partner membership card and present it to our Store Associate at the beginning of your transaction. They will be happy to apply any applicable discount to your purchase.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    You will pay for your order when you pick it up at the store.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept Debit, Mastercard, Visa and Gift Cards. We encourage cashless payments in order to minimize contact at this time.

  • Can I purchase my product using financing?

    Financing is currently only available on Ship-to-Home and Ship-to-Store orders.

  • What if an item is out of stock?

    If you place an order for an item that is currently unavailable at the pick-up location you requested, a Store Associate will give you a call to discuss your options or recommend a substitute.

  • Can someone else pick up my order for me?

    Yes; please make sure you include the person’s name and contact details during the reservation.

  • What health and sanitation measures will be in place at the time of my pick up?

    We have increased our sanitation and cleaning measures, and have instituted physical distancing practices. You can find all the information here:.

  • Can I complete a purchase with multiple delivery types in my cart?

    At this time we can only accommodate a single delivery method in our shopping cart. Please place separate orders for your Ship-to-Home and Reserve In-Store orders.
