During restricted periods, we will be more lenient with returns and Advantage Care Plan extended warranty claims. For returns, all conditional requirements must still be met.

Here's what you can expect when you shop in-store:
Where mandated by public health agencies or provincial governments, customers and associates will be required to wear masks or face coverings.

An appointment is required and to support effective physical distancing, we are limiting the number of customers in the store at a time.


Once inside, you may be asked to remain in a designated waiting area.


We encourage our customers to adopt low-contact payment methods like debit or credit instead of cash.


Masks or face coverings must be worn by any person entering the indoor area of stores.

Customers can continue to place orders on thesource.ca and ship directly to their home or to an open store nearby for curbside pick up. Many ship-to-home orders, and all ship-to-store orders, are eligible for free shipping.
