With the new AR.Drone 2.0-generated Wi-Fi N Connection, you can fly as far as 165 feet away. The AR.Drone 2.0 on-board pressure sensors provide unique stability that will automatically correct and maintain a still position in the air regardless of altitude and wind up to 15 m/h.

Does the AR.Drone 2.0 come with one or two hulls?
Both indoor and outdoor hulls are included with the AR.Drone 2.0.

Since the AR.Drone 2.0 is operated by Wi-Fi, does this mean that I must be near my Wi-Fi internet connection in order to pilot it?
The AR.Drone 2.0 produces its own Wi-Fi connection which allows you to connect your control device directly to it without the need of an existing wireless network. This is called an Ad-Hoc connection.

Does the AR.Drone 2.0 come in multiple colours?
The AR.Drone is available in three different colours: Orange/Blue, Orange/Green and Orange/Yellow

Which devices can I fly the AR.Drone 2.0 with?
The up-to-date answer can be found using the “Compatibility” section of Parrot’s website.

How long will the AR.Drone 2.0 battery last?
The AR.Drone 2.0 can fly for approximately 12 minutes, with a recharging time of 1 hr 30 minutes. For longer flight times, additional batteries can be purchased.

When I record a video, where is it saved?
The video can be recorded directly to your control device, or to an attached USB storage device using the USB port under the AR.Drone 2.0 hull.

  What is the quality of the video recording?
The video is recorded in 720p HD at 30fps.

Is it possible to use AR.Drone batteries with my AR.Drone 2.0?
Yes, the AR.Drone batteries can be used with your AR.Drone 2.0. However, they must be charged using the charger they were supplied with.

How far can I fly my AR.Drone 2.0?
The range of the AR.Drone 2.0 is 50 Metres or 165 Feet in optimal Wi-Fi conditions.

Do I need to have experience piloting before learning to fly the AR.Drone 2.0?
No, the AR.Drone 2.0 has many features that make first time pilots looks like experts.

Is there a warranty on the AR.Drone 2.0?
Yes, the AR.Drone has a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
