Every day, Canada’s 118 United Ways work locally to change living conditions for the better. The issues they face may vary, but the values and purpose that drive them are the same: to strengthen their communities and improve quality of life for Canadians. Each year The Source employees are committed to help support their family, friends and neighbours by signing up for payroll deductions with the funds going to their local communities. An internal silent auction is also held to support this cause further. Since 2009 The Source employees have raised over $40,000 collectively helping countless individuals in their community.
