Love the weight & screen size,
I have only had my laptop for 4 days but so far so good! I had done some previous research and so was not surprised when the salesperson asked if I knew anything about the HP products. I had heard good things about the HP laptop and have had an HP printer for almost 6 years, it still is a workhorse!
I was really happy with the service I received at my local store. Harley answered all my questions, gave me really good information that I could understand and clearly wanted me to have a product that would give me great service and usability. I am really happy to have local service!

value for money
I recently purchased this laptop on sale for my partner. So far so good. The only cons are that the lid hinges are pretty stiff and the mousebuttons require a pretty hard tap. A backlite keyboard would have been nice, but it is a mid price laptop so you can't expect the little extras.

Auto maintenance
Good quality product.
Like how HP has taken over the updating of software taking it out of the hands of an inexperienced user.
