HOW DO I SIGN UP ?
Print the application and take it with you to one of our 750 stores across Canada. Use our Store Locator to find the nearest store to you to begin receiving Source Rewards™!
  1. Print a copy of the application form
  2. Sign and bring a copy of the application form to a store conveniently located close to you.
  3. Find the nearest store to you using our Store Locator
  4. When you arrive in the store, notify a sales representative to help you complete your application and verification process.
  5. Your Source Card will be mailed to you within 5 business days
  6. Start shopping and earning Source Rewards™!

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT
Cardholders have 3 options for making a payment on their account:

INTERNET OR TELEPHONE BANKING :
Simply add The Source to your payee list.
Enter your The Source Card number (also referred to as your account number). Then follow the remaining instructions as indicated on the web site or telephone.

AT ANY TD BANK BRANCH :
Payments may be made by cheque or money order.
Remember to write your account number on the cheque or money order.

Payments made at other Financial Institutions may be subject to a Service Fee.

LOST, STOLEN OR NEW CARD NOT RECEIVED
If you have lost or have had your credit card stolen, please report it to the customer service center as soon as possible. If you have recently signed up for The Source Card and have not received your NEW Card within 3 weeks of applying notify our customer service center, we are ready to help you.
