I live in a rural area and the channels are nice and clear. I can get CBC as well, which is a tough one to get.

It Works
This was recommended to me as a generally good UHF antenna and it's true. I live within Edmonton city limits so the major network signals are strong to begin with, but I was able to receive the CBC digital channel 100% with the antenna sitting in my basement! It's now mounted to my house where my satellite dish used to be and I get many channels very clearly.
The Source priced this competitively and shipped to a store close to my house in 4 days. I'm pretty happy with this purchase.
